Its ok, you should stop drawing with The Programm you using right now, the lines looks in every drawing since 2 years the same, overall the whole drawing looks way too round, her head is way to big for this character style, the coloring is well done and she got a cute Face, im sorry for my bad english, im not trying to say that your an bad artist i just think you could do much more than this bro.

just let you know, the lineart is made with "Macromedia Flash 8 professional". while the coloring is done with "Adobe Photoshop CS3" its 2 different programms, so if youre complaining about the lineart then that means you dont like flash's pencil tool wich i use for the lineart... BIG FREAKING DEAL XD youre not the first who hates it ^^.
but the thing is.
i dont like the "sketchy' more thick lines most are doing, i prefer clean, thin and smooth one...photoshops lineart tools are just way to god damn disgusting for me to use.

also how on earth is the head too big? if you'd look for references of this character, you'll notice that its actually a bit too small
